RIM Teams up with Marmalade Giving Developers Free SDKs and PlayBooks (September,2012)

Do you want Marmalade?  Not exactly the one you put on your toast, but the kind that helps you build cross-platform mobile games?   RIM and Marmalade are teaming up to give developers a taste of Marmalade (no pun intended) on the BlackBerry platform!  Qualified developers will receive a free indie licence of the Marmalade SDK and PlayBook as part of the deal.  This is part of RIM’s ongoing efforts to attract developers to the BlackBerry 10 platform.Alec Saunders, Vice President of Developer Relations and Ecosystem for Research and Motion states, “This offer showcases the power and flexibility of BlackBerry 10 for gaming.
