BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.1 Shows Up on HTML5 Test; Stunts the Highest Score

BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.1 looks to be coming soon. The HTML5 test shows the new OS’ browser scores a 381, which is the highest. The test results also show BlackBerry 10 on a BlackBerry PlayBook, which is a good indication that RIM is simultaneously working on both.

Its said the PlayBook OS 2.1 update will have over 8,000 fixes in the browser due to a newer Webkit build. Updates to AIR, Flash, and Android player as well. This might be why we didn’t see an OS 2.0.1 update.
