LaterDude : Reminds call, sms or email in Blackberry

Blackberry News : RIM Update their Facebook Application for Blackberry

RIM's launched the latest edition, version 1.5, of its Facebook application for BlackBerry smartphones. Popular app better integrates Facebook and BlackBerry functionality and supports more languages with upgrade.

With the upgrade the application now allows users to access and manage their Facebook contacts list and integrate it with their BlackBerry address book. In addition, callers from users' Facebook address books now appear with their profile picture as the caller ID and birthdays and events are integrated automatically into their BlackBerry calendars.

Also, Facebook conversations now appear as an IM thread in the application and in the BlackBerry message list. Users can even search Facebook contacts and information using the BlackBerry's onboard search function.

Facebook for BlackBerry now supports French, Italian German Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Czech, Traditional/Simplified Chinese, Japanese and Korean as well.

Blackberry application TV Guide using Handmark to distribute their software, has created a version for the Blackberry.Using their software you can access their list of show schedules and make your own personalized guide.

 

You can also set it up, so it will remind you when your favorite shows are coming up. Search Google with Blackberry

Google just came out with a whole new interface for search using your blackberry. You can now search directly and even get suggestions to help you finished your search queries. There's a line of icons you can customize to give you access to your favorite Google apps. Overall installation was very fast using my Blackberry Curve and loading time was great, I try to test it out latter this week with other Blackberry phones.
