RIM Wins 2012 Shorty Industry Award for Best Use of Social Media for Customer Service
As of March 26th, 2012 Research In Motion was honored to receive a Shorty Industry Award for Best Use of Social Media for Customer Service. What makes the Shorty Industry Award special is that they are exclusive to the professional industry community. Unlike the normal Shorty Awards, which are given out based on public voting, the Shorty Industry Awards are reviewed by a prestigious panel of expert and celebrity judges.
This is the second year in a row that RIM has won a Shorty Industry Award. RIM winning the Shorty Industry Awards calls attention to the successes of @BlackBerryHelp, @AyudaBlackBerry, @BlackBerryBantu and the global BlackBerry Support Community.
